Agreement and service

These Terms of Service govern access to Zenomiq Warehouse, a software service operated by Zenomiq Inc. (“Zenomiq”). By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Zenomiq Warehouse for a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

Zenomiq Warehouse provides warehouse, inventory, listing, order, shipping, pricing, procurement, media, automation, and related multichannel commerce workflows. Available features depend on your plan, connected marketplaces, and marketplace approvals.

Accounts and marketplace authorization

You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized user access, and activity within your workspace. Keep credentials and recovery methods secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Marketplace accounts are connected through the marketplace's authorization process. You must have authority to connect each account and comply with the marketplace's agreements and policies. Zenomiq does not request your marketplace password. You may disconnect a marketplace at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use Zenomiq Warehouse to:

• Violate law, marketplace policy, or another party's rights;
• Access data or accounts without authorization;
• Interfere with service security, availability, or usage limits;
• Upload malicious code or use the service for fraud or abusive activity;
• Resell access or disclose marketplace data except as lawfully authorized.

Plans, fees, and trials

Current subscription prices, included usage, metered charges, add-ons, and trial terms are published on the pricing page. You authorize charges associated with the plan and usage you select, plus applicable taxes. You can cancel a subscription from your account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect according to the billing terms shown when you subscribe.

Customer data and privacy

You retain your rights in data you provide to the service. You authorize Zenomiq to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service; comply with law; and carry out your instructions. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, protected, shared, retained, and deleted.

Marketplace information is handled under the applicable marketplace's policies. The authorization to improve the service above does not apply to Amazon Information. Amazon Information is used only for seller-authorized Amazon activities, service security and compliance, and specific legal obligations—not generalized product improvement, cross-customer analytics, model training, or Zenomiq's own business insights. Zenomiq does not send Amazon Information—personal or non-personal, including Amazon-derived catalog, listing, order, pricing, inventory, shipping, or analytics content—to any external AI provider, including OpenAI or Anthropic. Zenomiq does not request the restricted Amazon role that would expose buyer names or shipping addresses, and does not receive or store Amazon buyer personal data. Shipping labels for Amazon orders are bought through the seller's own shipping provider account under that provider's own authorization.

Service changes and availability

We may improve, add, limit, or discontinue features, including when a marketplace changes its APIs, policies, or approval status. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; references to a marketplace do not imply endorsement or partnership.

Intellectual property

Zenomiq and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, design, and documentation. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to you.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, marketplace accounts, or data; investigate suspected misuse; comply with law or marketplace requirements; or address unpaid fees. You may stop using the service at any time. Data export and deletion are handled according to the Privacy Policy, your plan, and applicable marketplace requirements.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Zenomiq is not responsible for marketplace outages, policy changes, account decisions, or third-party services outside its control. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the extent such limitations are permitted by law.

Changes and contact
