Amazon Selling Partner integration

Amazon marketplace workflows connected to the physical warehouse.

Zenomiq Warehouse is preparing seller-authorized Amazon workflows for listings, pricing, inventory, orders, and read-only FBA inventory. Every role requested is non-restricted: Zenomiq does not request Amazon buyer names or shipping addresses. The planned public Amazon workflow has not launched, and Amazon approval remains a prerequisite. The initial public launch scope is the United States marketplace only.

Seller authorization

The seller stays in control of the connection.

After public approval, each seller will connect through Amazon's authorization flow. Zenomiq will act only for the selling account that granted access, will not request or store Seller Central passwords, and will expose controls to disconnect the marketplace connection. New connections begin read-only; outbound inventory changes require the seller to complete activation and enable warehouse authority.

Requested SP-API roles

Four roles, each tied to a specific seller workflow.

These workflows are requested for the United States marketplace for the initial launch. Additional marketplaces are not part of the current public scope. All four are non-restricted roles.

Product Listing

Match a warehouse SKU to an existing Amazon ASIN, check listing eligibility, create or revise the seller's offer, update price and quantity, end an offer, and surface submission issues for review. Zenomiq does not create new Amazon catalog products.

Pricing

Read competitive offer and Featured Offer signals and, when a seller enables repricing, apply seller-defined floors, ceilings, and rules to controlled offer updates. Zenomiq does not guarantee Featured Offer placement.

Inventory and Order Tracking

Import merchant-fulfilled orders, reserve warehouse stock, and—after the seller completes activation and enables warehouse authority—synchronize sellable quantity and support picking and packing.

Amazon Fulfillment

Read Fulfillment by Amazon inventory so sellers can view FBA and merchant-fulfilled availability alongside their own warehouse stock. This is a read-only inventory view; Zenomiq does not set FBA quantities or fulfillment settings.

Not requested

Direct-to-Consumer Shipping (Restricted)

Not requested. Sellers buy shipping labels through their own shipping provider account, which holds its own authorization for the buyer's delivery address. Zenomiq therefore has no need for Amazon buyer names or shipping addresses and does not request access to them.

Buyer personal data

Not requested, not received, not stored.

Zenomiq does not request the restricted role that would expose Amazon buyer names or shipping addresses, so no Amazon buyer personal data reaches the platform. Sellers buy shipping labels through their own shipping provider account, which holds its own authorization for the delivery address. Zenomiq does not send Amazon Information—personal or non-personal, including Amazon-derived catalog, listing, order, pricing, inventory, shipping, or analytics content—to any external AI provider, including OpenAI or Anthropic.

Amazon-related pricing

Subscription and label charges are separated.

Zenomiq subscription prices, usage charges, and the pending USD 29/month FBA inventory add-on are published on the Pricing page. Shipping labels for Amazon orders are bought through the seller's own shipping provider account and billed by that provider, so they do not use the Zenomiq wallet or add a Zenomiq label fee.
