Getting started with Zenomiq Warehouse
From an empty workspace to a marketplace syncing safely. Each step below matches the setup checklist you see inside the product.
Setup, step by step
- 1
Create your workspace
Sign up with your business name, work email and phone number. We verify both before the workspace is created, then you land on a setup checklist that tracks what is done and what is left.
- 2
Set up your warehouse
Create your first location, then add zones, shelves, bins and containers to match your building. Print QR labels for anything you want to scan later. Set your SKU generation rules before you add stock so numbering stays consistent.
- 3
Add your inventory
Receive stock through a receiving session — scan a barcode and the item is built from our catalog with title, specifics and images, or type items in by hand at no cost. Assign each item to a bin as you go.
- 4
Connect a marketplace
Authorize your marketplace account from Settings, Integrations. Zenomiq never asks for your marketplace password — you sign in on the marketplace and approve access there.
- 5
Back up the channel
Immediately after connecting, we capture every listing on that account — item, SKU, quantity, price and status — into a verified backup you can download. Import cannot start until that backup completes.
- 6
Preview and import
Run the import preview to see exactly what will happen: which listings match SKUs you already have, which will create new ones, and which need your decision. When it looks right, run the import.
- 7
Review and count
Work the review queue for anything uncertain, then confirm a physical count so the warehouse and the channel agree before anything is pushed.
- 8
Turn sync on
Activate the channel to let Zenomiq start updating quantities on your marketplace. Until you do, the connection stays read-only and your live listings are untouched.
Marketplace connections
eBay
AvailableAuthorize through eBay's own consent screen. We import active listings, sync quantities and prices, pull orders, and push tracking numbers back. Item specifics, category mapping and competitive repricing are supported.
Amazon
AvailableConnect through Amazon's Selling Partner authorization. Because Amazon builds full catalog reports asynchronously, the initial backup can take from a few minutes to several hours on large catalogs — we email you when it is ready.
Poshmark
AvailablePoshmark has no seller API, so Zenomiq ingests order notifications by email to keep sales and inventory in step. Labels supplied by Poshmark are recorded against the order.
Walmart Marketplace
Pending program approvalThe integration is built and tested. We are completing Walmart's solution provider review before enabling it for customers.
TikTok Shop
Pending program approvalThe integration is built, including shop authorization and de-authorization handling. We are completing TikTok Shop's partner review before enabling it for customers.
Shopify and Etsy
PlannedNext on the roadmap after Walmart and TikTok Shop.
How we protect your marketplace data
Zenomiq never asks for your marketplace username or password. You authorize us on the marketplace's own consent screen, and the resulting access tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect at any time, from either side.
Every business on Zenomiq gets an isolated database schema — your catalog, orders and customer data are never mixed with another customer's. Buyer information arriving with marketplace orders is encrypted and removed on the schedule each marketplace requires, and marketplace account-deletion requests are processed through an auditable pipeline.
Before any import, we store a verified copy of the channel's inventory. You can download it, and we keep it for the retention period on your plan — so a bad import is recoverable rather than final.
